  I absolutely love Publix! The cashiers, butcher, and produce manager are all great! Personable and friendly, willing to help answer questions and get me in and out quickly. BUT, I have to be really honest...THIS store has a lot of cleaning up to do! The deli/sub counter is understaffed. I should not have to wait for more than three minutes to be acknowledged or helped. They finally added numbers to the deli counter...great job, now we know who's next! The staff behind the hot foods or sub counter can be a little more courteous and responsive to customers. I shouldn't have to grab a manager because no one is telling me what is going on and why I am not being helped. First impressions are everything in business! Lets talk about their produce...I have never seen so much wasted fruit...The strawberries are rarely fresh...my kid likes to eat strawberries everyday...and I can't buy them everyday because my Publix has bad produce. Parents with picky eaters know what I'm talking about...my kid loves fruit! He eats it everyday...but he's picky. He likes crunchy grapes and fresh strawberries. Both of which are rare to find at this specific Publix location.

  The store itself is clean, the produce department does have moldy tomatoes sometimes but the staff are nice. The deli department on the other hand is in much need of attention. We ordered a sub online to avoid the dinner rush, arrived to pick it up and they said they never received it. I checked my email for the confirmation and sure enough it was for the correct store. Once we got the sub home there were 4 very long hairs in it. DISGUSTING!!! I will not be getting anything out of this deli ever again. If I could give zero stars I would. The deli manager is obviously not on the ball, this is not the first time I have had an issue with getting a sandwich.
