  Called in an order for pick up the following morning at 6:45 AM. When I arrived, they had only poured the coffee into boxes. They said they didn't receive all their donuts in yet, only 4-5 kinds, so they weren't sure if I would still want my order of 'assorted' when I arrived. Seeing as I had no other options at such an early hour, I said please box them fast!! It took them 15 minutes to box 4 dozen donuts and then bag up cups, sugar, and creamer. They had my phone number from when I called the previous day and could have contacted me to tell me about the issue. I gave the courtesy of calling in my order the night before so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Staff ignored me until I asked about my donuts 10 minutes in, the manager never again approached me even as I stood there waiting for 15 minutes. Really poor customer service and caused me to be late to my event with 15 hungry people waiting. Thanks for starting off our day!

  This is one of my top 3 breakfast spots. The bacon egg and cheese croissants are so dang good, hash browns are different than any others restaurants in town, but I actually crave them now, and the sweet tea is also goood. Don't forget to bring back a completed survey receipt for a free donut with medium or larger drink purchase ;)
