- 5 / 5By Scott HudsonThis place is awesome! No frills, just good Que cooked slow and low, as it should be. The Brisket is my personal favorite. You can get it moist (w/fat) or lean. Either way, you're in for a treat. The Stackers are great. Especially the "Texas Destroyer" which is made with the Brisket (do you see a pattern developing here?). The food is so good, we had our recent Department Holiday Luncheon catered by 4 Rivers.September 18, 2016
